I went to my grandparents’ house straight from school because no one was home, my mom and dad were at work and my older sister was going out with her friends and was coming late from school.

I met my grandmother and grandfather and asked my grandmother for a snack.

I came back to the table about 10 minutes later and my grandmother gave me cold cucumber soup, “You are going to have to eat this because I’m sick my dear,” my grandmother said slowly.

I just couldn’t eat something so disgusting so I decided to put it in the fridge and tell my grandmother I will eat it later.

I just drank a cup of milk and ate a granola bar and then I started my homework.

The Keyboard Mess

It was Monday morning and I was in school, as usual.  We were writing a story on the computers, just as my teacher left the classroom, probably to copy the math test we were having in the afternoon.
My friend came to my desk and showed me his slime that he made yesterday.  I was amazed it was a beautiful pink with the smell of strawberries.

I put the slime in my hand and started playing with it, suddenly the slime dripped through my hands and poured all over the laptop’s keyboard.

I looked at my friend he was laughing.  I quickly got a paper towel and cleaned the slime.  My teacher came in and he was not suspicious but he did give me a stare because I was up and out of my seat.

Everything was fine and my keyboard also smelled nice but five of my buttons stopped working.  However, it is ok since there is only one week left of school until summer break.

The Discovery

In the 1800s there was a scientist named Mr. Williams.  He was working on an experiment but it was a secret.   He would never tell anybody.

One day when Mr. Williams was working on the experiment his son, Andrew ran into the laboratory and accidently pulled a lever.  A bright lime green shined with a few screams.

                Everything stopped,

“We could both walk through walls now,” said Mr. Williams.

“Really dad,” the son replied.

They both joined hands and attempted to walk.  One foot was in and one was out and they were stuck.

In Castle Drogo in Dartmoor, Devon, UK, a statue remains in the memory of Mr. William and his son’s discovery.

The Surprise

I had come from school and no one was home, my mom and dad were at work and my older sister was going to work straight from school.

I had a lot of homework so I quickly had a granola bar and I took my bag to the study room.

            I saw a brown box,

“Yes, my package is here!” I said in an anxious voice.

I tore it open.  I got worried, nothing was in the box.  Just as I took off the last layer of bubble wrap and I was surprised to see more than what I ordered.

I had just ordered for a beautiful camera but this box had 3 phones, a pair of headphones, a gaming console and a wireless speaker.

It was really hard to believe.  I was very happy.

Bonus Week #2

The Piece

I quickly walked home from school on a rainy and gloomy Thursday.  I had eaten a snack and now it was time to do my homework.

I picked up my bag and went up the stairs to my study room, where I would usually do my homework.  I walked in and it was a mess, tiny little Lego pieces and pencils on the floor.  No one was home, my mom and dad were at work and my grandmother took my younger sister to the doctor.  I just assumed that my younger sister might have played with some Lego pieces when I was at school.

I thought to do my homework first and then clean up the mess, just as I was walking to the desk, “Ouch!” I groaned in pain.  I had stepped on a tiny Lego piece, but how can something so tiny hurt.  I was really surprised, I had just expected it to be a pinch but this was way worse.

I laughed and thought that you should never underestimate if a thing is small or big.  I did my homework and cleaned up the mess.

Bonus Week

The Mistake

I was not really a type of guy that would care if I come last but when it comes to track and field sports I hate to come last.  Lately, I have been coming last and I do not know why.  It does not really feel as well as coming first or second last.

I had to know what I was doing wrong which results in me coming last.  I went to a beautiful track in a park and tried re-enacting what I did at one of my races, in which I did not come first.

I had learned why I am always last, it was because I never really griped my foot to the ground.  So that is why I am always last.

Now I have mastered gripping my foot to the ground and I tend to come first.

The Park

I had just moved into a new house,

"Why don't you go to the new park? It's only a few blocks away," my mom told me.

I had listened to my mom’s advice and went to the new park just as I walked beside a statue, it was a hand around a beautiful mossy oak tree.  I stopped and thought about it.  To me, it had looked as God is taking this beautiful oak tree because us, humans do not care about trees.  We do not even think once before wasting paper.  If we do not think for our earth who else will?

I was very sad and I had left that park with determination to make a change.
